The synergy between the established cosmetic expertise of ROELMI HPC and the extensive probiotics know-how of sister company SynBalance has brought the EquiBiotics® LA to life.
It is a post-biotic ingredient obtained from L. acidophilus LA 100B specific strain, specifically chosen for its robust properties, including resilience and adaptability and its ability to thrive in various conditions, making it an ideal candidate for cosmetic applications.
EquiBiotics® LA is developed through innovative biotechnological processes, that preserve the ingredient’s structural integrity maintaining cells membrane and, at the same time, amplify its cosmetic sensorial properties. This process allows to have an interaction comparable to probiotics and to guarantees some benefits associated with live microorganisms such as skin barrier protection and microbiome rebalancing. Thanks to its features, EquiBiotics® LA is able to adopt a cross-talk mechanisms with the skin ecosystem, improving the natural defences and re-balancing skin microbiota.
What is it?
EquiBiotics® LA is an active ingredient developed focusing on skin microbiota and sensitive skin which represent the core of a new ROELMI HPC holistic approach. It is a probiotic-derived ingredient obtained by L. acidophilus PBS066 integral-structure preservation.
What does it do?
As post-biotic ingredient, EquiBiotics® LA, is able to modulate the amount of TNF-alpha, to enhance the skin barrier and to balance the skin microbiota. Thanks to these activities is the perfect ally for sensitive skin.
