The PCHi (Personal Care and Homecare Ingredients) is the most important exhibition in China dedicated to ingredients for the personal care, cosmetics, and home care industries. 🚀 Don’t miss the Technical Lecture: Biotech Innovation with SeidoTech®
As part of the PCHi scientific program, ROELMI HPC will host a technical lecture on March 19 at 11:30, focusing on the latest developments in SeidoTech® technology and its applications in the development of biotech cosmetic ingredients.
The technology is based on a precision microbial biofermentation process, currently patent-pending, designed to create targeted ingredients rich in bioactive metabolites for advanced cosmetic formulations.
Through the collaboration between ROELMI HPC and ROELMI BIOTECH, advanced biotechnology processes have been integrated with a green chemistry approach. The goal is to enhance natural resources and develop innovative cosmetic ingredients while preserving fragile ecosystems and promoting sustainable product design.
Among the innovations presented is a new ingredient derived from Opuntia ficus indica extracts, fermented using the proprietary strain Bacillus subtilis RB1.
This fermentation process produces an ingredient rich in lipopeptides and proteins, thanks to keratinase production, helping address multiple types of scalp and skin discomfort.
