Assistant

We are currently looking for an CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT, ideally aged 25-30, will have experience as Customer Care.
He/she will report to the Customer Care Coordinator and Sales Director.

  • Internal Support of Sales Manager
  • Works with customers directly and resolve questions, issues or complaints
  • Answers customer inquiries received
  • Prepares and reviews oral and written communication requests and complaints
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in the role of Customer Care
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Work independently with little supervision
  • Work effectively in a team, being people and results oriented
  • Speak fluent English. Other languages are a plus
  • Contract and salary will be individually discussed, considering the experience and the skills of the candidate
  • Workplace: Origgio (VA). Reachable by car only

Assistant

We are currently looking for an PURCHASING ASSISTANT, ideally aged 25-30, will have experience as Customer Care.
He/she will report to the Purchasing Manager and General Manager.

  • Monitoring of deliveries
  • Issue orders
  • Monitoring price trends
  • Monitoring developments in wholesale and retail prices
  • Scouting new supplier
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in the role of Purchasing

  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently
